The Texas Emission Reduction Program (TERP) is a statewide program which provides financial assistance to businesses for projects to improve air quality in the state’s non-attainment areas (including D/FW). If you are thinking about purchasing a new vehicle, replacing an old vehicle or a piece of heavy-duty equipment, or minimizing pollution from your business and construction activities, please contact Kim Mackey in the City of Dallas Office of Environmental Quality at 214-670-6971.
For Taxis and Auto Dealerships
The North Texas Green & Go Clean Taxi Partnership will provide incentives to encourage the purchase and use of clean taxicab vehicles in the Dallas-Fort Worth region to assist in cleaning the air.
